GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can French green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. celery soup
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. toasted almonds

Mix all together except topping. Put in casserole and top with topping (which is the Ritz crackers broke up and mixed with the melted butter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 cylinder Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted

(Mushroom soup may be used instead of celery).
