BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. broccoli, cut up
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 red onion, chopped
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Put broccoli, raisins, onion, bacon in bowl.

DRESSING:

1 egg
1 can sweetened condensed milk (use milk can to measure 1/2 can vinegar
1 tbsp. dry mustard

In a separate bowl put egg, vinegar, dry mustard, sweetened condensed milk. Mix with wire whisk until creamy. Pour over vegetables. Mix well.

NOTE: Increase or decrease onion and vinegar to individual tastes.
