FROZEN PUDDING POPS 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding, not instant
2 c. milk
1 c. evaporated milk
Chopped nuts

Combine pudding and milk in a saucepan. Cook as directed on package and cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Freeze until crystals form around the edges; stir.

Spoon into 4 ounce paper cups; insert wooden skewers in the center and freeze until firm. Remove cups and roll in chopped nuts.
