CHOCOLATE PUDDING POPS 
3 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. chocolate pudding, not instant
1 egg, beaten

Mix pudding and milk until smooth. Microwave on high uncovered until it boils and thickens, stir 2-3 times. Mix half of mixture into egg - return to pudding mixture, stirring until smooth. Microwave on high uncovered 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until edges bubble; cool, stirring occasionally. Divide mixture into 8 paper cups. Add sticks and freeze about 6 hours. Other pudding flavors can be substituted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
