CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) frozen cut broccoli
4 slices regular or whole wheat bread
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced, smoked chicken
1 (6 oz.) pkg. fully cooked ham, sliced
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 of a 6-oz. pkg. Swiss cheese

Rinse broccoli under water to thaw and separate; pat dry. Line bottom of an 8x8x2-inch microwave safe baking dish with bread. Top with chicken, ham, and broccoli. Stir onion powder into soup. Pour over all. Cover, chill overnight, if desired.

Cook in microwave covered with plastic wrap, vented. Cook on 50% power 13-15 minutes for unchilled casserole, 18-20 minutes for chilled casserole or until heated through. Serves 4. (Can be made ahead and cooked next day.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
