CARROT AND PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil

Combine dry ingredients and add to above:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Last - add:

1 c. drained pineapple
2 c. grated carrots

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes large double layer cake.
