CARROT-PINEAPPLE BUNDT CAKE 
3 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed with electric mixer. Bake in greased bundt pan. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan.
