DRUNKEN SOLDIER POTATOES 
6 baking potatoes
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. butter, melted
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Scrub potatoes and slice in 1 inch pieces. Stagger pieces in a 9 x 13 pan so they lean on each other like drunken soldiers. Pour melted butter over top, coating all potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

I usually serve this dish with my "Garlic Chicken" in the main dish section.
