SHORT CUT LASAGNA 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 env. dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix
2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Parsley
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat oil; brown ground beef; break up. Stir in whole tomatoes, tomato sauce, sauce mix and V-8 juice. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Cover bottom of oiled pan with layer of meat mixture. Add layer of noodles, cottage cheese and mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with meat mixture. Cover with foil. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and let stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
