CHOCOLATE MIRACLE WHIP CAKE 
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
3/4 c. cold water

Combine salad dressing, sugar and vanilla. Sift together: flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add alternately with water to salad dressing mixture, mixing well after each addition. Pour into buttered and floured 9 inch round cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. DO NOT UNDERBAKE. When cool, frost with Philly Frosting.

Cake flour substitution: for 1 cup regular flour, remove 2 tablespoons of flour and replace with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (for each cup of cake flour).
