BECKY'S MUSTARD CHICKEN 
4 whole chicken breasts
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Dijon mustard

Flour chicken and lightly brown in butter. Place in casserole dish and lightly coat with mustard. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender, slowly add cream and heat until warm (do not boil). Place creamed mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover with foil.
