BECKY'S OVEN VEGETABLES 
2-3 potatoes
2-3 carrots
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Bay leaves
Seasoning salt
Garlic
Basil
Butter flavor seasoning

May use cubed butter if you don't have butter seasoning.

Pare and chop vegetables and place in a greased oblong casserole dish. Sprinkle with seasonings and lay 2 or 3 bay leaves on top of vegetables. Cover tightly with foil and bake in a slow oven, 300-325 degrees, for 2-3 hours (depending how hot your oven temperature is). Vegetables are done when easily pierced with a fork. Remove bay leaves before serving. Very tender and very tasty!
