BECKY'S SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can tomato soup
1 can whole tomatoes (16 oz.) drained
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
2 dashes soy sauce
1 dash Louisiana hot sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushrooms, bits and pieces
3 bay leaves
1 tsp. basil (crushed)
1 tsp. oregano

Brown ground meat along with onions, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add canned foods and seasonings to meat and simmer. The longer it is simmered the better the flavor will be. I like to play with this basic recipe by adjusting the seasonings. If you like green pepper, 1/2 chopped pepper added to the meat while browning is delicious. Also good, is substituting Italian stewed tomatoes for the whole tomatoes.
