BECKY JONES' COCONUT PIE 
1 c. grated yellow squash (use outer skin)
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (or less) stick soft butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
