NOODLE KUGEL | |
1/2 lb. med. size broad noodles 3/4 stick butter 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. apricot juice Boil and drain noodles, put 3/4 stick butter over noodles. Cream the cheese and sugar. Beat eggs and add to cheese mixture. Add cup of milk and apricot juice to cheese mixture slowly. Put noodles in well greased Pyrex dish and pour mixture over noodles. TOPPING: 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 stick butter 2/3 c. corn flakes Mix sugar, cinnamon and butter together with corn flakes. Mix like streusel. Bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
