CORN & ZUCCHINI PRIMAVERA 
1 sm. zucchini, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. butter
1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Saute zucchini, onion and dill weed in butter until onion is soft. Stir in corn and lemon juice; heat through. 4-6 servings.

Microwave directions: Place onion and butter in microwavable dish. Cover and cook on high 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high 4 minutes until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
