ELEPHANT STEW | |
1 elephant, medium size 1 dump truck potatoes 1 bin carrots 1 rabbit (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Cut elephant into bite - size pieces. Allow 2 to 3 months for this. Cover with salted water and simmer until tender, about 4 weeks. Add carrots and potatoes and simmer for another day or two. This serves about 3800 people. If you expect more, add the rabbit. It stretches the quantity as most people don't like hare in their stew. |
