NANNY BRANDON'S PEACH COBBLER | |
1 lg. can peaches (or pkg. frozen) 1 stick butter 1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. milk 1 c. sugar Melt butter in square pan. Mix sugar, milk and flour together in separate bowl, then pour over butter. Do not stir. Prepare peaches with sugar to taste (approximately 1/2 cup). Pour over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Crust will form and brown. |
