FRUIT COBBLER 
4-6 c. fruit (blueberries, blackberries, peaches, apples, rhubarb)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water or less
1 stick butter (melted in 9"x13" pan)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Melt butter in pan. In saucepan put fresh fruit or frozen fruit (less water needed); add sugar and bring to boil. Fruit needs to be prepared, peeled and cut up in small chunks. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and pour over melted butter. Add all of fruit mixture, juice and all. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown on top. Serves 8.

May be doubled only use 1 stick butter.

Serve hot with ice cream.

Serve cold also and may be frozen.
