MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 container cream style cottage cheese (12 oz.)
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, pepper and cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl; mix lightly until blended. Fold in macaroni. Spoon into a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 12 to 15.
