1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1 c. picante sauce
1 egg, beaten
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients together and form into a loaf. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done.
