CAULIFLOWER WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
1 lg. cauliflower
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. butter
Chopped parsley

Remove outer leaves from cauliflower. Break into flowerets and cook in small amount of boiling water with the salt and granulated sugar until just tender; drain and put in serving dish.

In small saucepan, mix next 3 ingredients. Stir in orange juice and add butter. Cook, stirring, until thickened and pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
