APRICOT JELLO 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) can crushed drained pineapple
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water or pineapple juice

Combine Jello and boiling water (in blender if available). Add cream cheese and cold liquid and mix on high speed of blender or with electric mixer. Fold in pineapple and pour into 13"x9"x2" pan and chill until firm. Serves 12 to 15.
