FRUIT "PIZZA" 
1 tube sugar cookie dough (Pillsbury)
11 oz. cream cheese (or light cream cheese)
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can pineapple tidbits (or use slices)
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Fresh sliced strawberries
1 to 2 sliced bananas
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Freeze, then slice sugar cookie dough and arrange on greased pizza pan, slightly overlapping. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Cool while mixing softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Spread over dough. Drain pineapple well, saving juice. Arrange fruits on the "pizza". Add cornstarch to pineapple juice. You might add 1 to 2 drops yellow food coloring, if desired. Heat until thickened, then spread over pizza. Chill until served.
