RAISIN BREAD PUDDING 
3 3/4 c. milk
5 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
4 c. Pepperidge Farm Raisin Bread cubes
Hot water
Cinnamon

About 2 hours before serving or early in day - In 1 1/2 quart casserole with wire whisk beat milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt until blended. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Set casserole in 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Place pan on oven rack. Pour hot water into pan to come 1/2 way up sides.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cover. Serve chilled 3/4 hours.
