BREAD PUDDING 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk, scalded
3 slices whole grain bread toasted lightly buttered & cut into cubes
1/4 c. raisins
Pinch of nutmeg

In medium bowl, beat eggs, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Slowly stir in scalded milk. Put bread and raisins in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour milk mixture over this and sprinkle with additional cinnamon and nutmeg. Place casserole in large pan filled with 1 inch of hot water. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
