DUFF'S BREAD PUDDING 
10 slices toasted bread
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. raisins
4 c. warm milk

SAUCE:

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Crumble bread in bottom of pan. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except milk. Add warm milk. Pour over bread. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees, then 350 degrees for 10 minutes more. 9 x 13 inch pan.

Sauce: Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add milk and butter. Cook until thick. Add vanilla. Pour over top of bread pudding.
