EASY BREAD PUDDING 
6 slices bread
Soft butter (oleo)
Cinnamon-sugar
1/2 c. raisins
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

You may cut crusts of bread if you wish. Spread bread with soft butter, cut into quarters. Layer in 1 1/2 quart casserole with raisins. In blender (or with mixer) mix eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until sugar is dissolved; pour over bread and raisins. Set casserole in pan of hot water (1"), bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted 1/2" into custard comes out clean.
