VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. California mix vegetable
1 can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing

Prepare as directions on package for dressing. Partly cooked vegetables and drain. Add soup and blend. Pour 1/2 vegetables mixture into buttered casserole. Sprinkle half of the stuffing mix. Top with remaining vegetables and last of stuffing on top. French fried onion rings are optional but good. Bake 30-40 minutes. Serves 8.
