COUNTRY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE I | |
1 lg. frozen country mix vegetables (as carrots, broccoli and cauliflower) 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup Pepperidge Farm dressing with herbs 1 stick melted butter Butter 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Cook mixed vegetables as directed on the package. Drain vegetables, then put in buttered casserole dish. Combine soup, milk, and mayonnaise and pour over top of vegetables. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing on top and drizzle butter on dressing. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Can also be done in the microwave. |
