CREAMY SHRIMP DIP 
1 (5 oz.) can deveined shrimp
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared horseradish

Empty shrimp into a sieve and rinse under cold water. Set aside 1 shrimp for garnish; cut remainder into small pieces.

Combine salad dressing, sour cream, catsup, lemon juice and horseradish in a medium size bowl. Fold in shrimp. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight to blend. Spoon into smaller bowl. Garnish with shrimp and a tiny sprig of parsley.
