CREAMY SHRIMP DIP 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 sm. can shrimp, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped chives (optional)

Place cream cheese and soup in a 1 quart casserole. Microwave for 4 to 6 minutes or until cream cheese is melted. Stir halfway through cooking. Stir in shrimp, lemon juice and chives until smooth. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
