PEA POD JULIENNE 
4 snow pea pods
3 slices julienne carrots, about 2" - 3"
3 sm. cubed orange pieces
3 oz. orange juice
1/2 tsp. honey (or 1 tsp. brown sugar)
1 tsp. ginger
Pepper

1. Cook carrots in orange juice just until it loses its crisp.

2. Add ginger, honey, orange cubes and pea pods to saute pan and simmer until all is tender.

OPTIONAL: Add a little pepper for flavoring. Substitute honey by using brown sugar.

Arrange vegetables in straight line by alternating pea pods and carrots then put the pieces of orange on top with a little glaze. Yield: 1 serving.
