PEA POD SALAD 
1 pkg. Chinese pea pods (Seabrook Gold Label)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. fresh or frozen dill or chives
1/2 tsp. mild curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. Bird's Eye Deluxe baby peas
Boston lettuce
Pimento strips
Parsley

Let vegetables thaw and drain well. DO NOT COOK! Mix drained pea pods, sour cream, chives, curry, salt, and pepper. Fold in drained peas and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve on Boston lettuce leaves and garnish with pimento strips and parsley. Serves 12.
