ENGLISH PEA - EGG CASSEROLE 
1 can early peas, drained
1 sm. can pimento, drained
1 c. grated cheese
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Buttered bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

Layer peas, pimento, cheese and eggs in casserole. Cover with mushroom soup. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
