DELUXE GREEN PEAS 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen green peas
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Cook peas according to package directions. Drain. Saute onion in butter, add pimento and mushrooms. Pour over cooked peas. Toss well and serve.
