STUFFED SHELLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, grated
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Pour Over Sauce

Brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Add seasonings and cheese. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in sauce. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.

POUR OVER SAUCE
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3 c. tomato juice
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add tomato juice, paste, chili sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour half the sauce in a 3 quart casserole. Boil shells according to directions. Stuff with the meat mixture. Pour half the sauce in the bottom of casserole and arrange shells, top with remaining sauce. Bake 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
