ITALIAN-STUFFED MACARONI SHELLS 
2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 slices bread, cubed
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (12 oz.) box lg. macaroni shells for stuffing
Parmesan cheese

Combine first 7 ingredients. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.

Parboil shells 9 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water. Stuff shells with meat mixture and place in 9x13 inch pan. Pour over spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.
