ITALIAN CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts (deboned and skinless)
1 jar Ragu Sauce (30 oz.)
8 slices Mozzarella cheese

Flour chicken breasts lightly and saute in butter until done. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Pour 1/2 of Ragu sauce in bottom of dish. Place chicken breasts in dish with a slice of cheese on each one. Pour rest of the Ragu sauce on the breasts, and bake in a 375 oven until heated and cheese has melted. Serve this chicken dish, Fettuccine Alfredo (I use the recipe on the Fettuccine box), a salad and French bread and everyone will think you really are a gourmet cook.
