CHICKEN 'N RICE | |
Place 2 pounds chicken parts in 9x13 baking dish. Top with 1/3 cup bottled Italian salad dressing. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Place 2/3 cup uncooked rice, 16 oz. frozen vegetables (any combination such as California Blend) and 1/2 can French fried onions around and under chicken. Combine 1 3/4 cups chicken bouillon and 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning. Pour over dish. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Top with remaining onions. Bake 2-3 minutes longer. |
