OLD FASHIONED MACARONI AND
CHEESE
 
4 c. cooked macaroni (shells)
2 tbsp. butter cut in pieces
1 1/4 c. cubed sharp cheese (we use 1 pkg. Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine macaroni, butter, cheese and seasonings. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine eggs and milk. Pour over macaroni. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

TOMATO MACARONI:

Substitute 2 cups canned tomato for 2 cups of milk. Add with cheese.
