CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 med. size heads cabbage
1 lb. each ground ham, beef, and sausage
3 eggs
3/4 c. regular rice
1 med. chopped onion
2 lbs. kraut
Tomato juice

Mix meat, eggs, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and add rice; mix again. Core cabbage, boil in large pan long enough to soften, about 5 minutes. Separate leaves. Place 2 tablespoons or more of meat mixture on each leaf; roll and tuck in ends.

Drain kraut and cover bottom of large pan with kraut. Place cabbage rolls; cover with remaining kraut. Pour approximately 2 cups of tomato juice over all. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 3 hours.
