FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
Various fruit selections

Press cookie dough on lightly greased round or rectangular pan. Cover entire area and raise slightly on outer edge (resembles pie crust edging). Bake as directed, approximately 11 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese, vanilla, sugar until smooth. Spread evenly on cookie, leaving outer edges plain. Add to the top various fruit selections, cut into bite-size pieces. SUGGESTIONS: Strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, bananas. Keep refrigerated. You can use as many fruits as you would like. The combination of all the fruits makes for a tasty, refreshing dessert, any season of the year.
