TROPICAL FRUIT DIP 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1/2 c. dried, shredded, sweetened coconut

In medium bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, cumin and Tabasco sauce; mix well. Stir in coconut. Cover. Chill until ready to serve. Use fresh fruit pieces as dippers. Suggested fruits: bananas, apples, pears, pineapple or grapes. Yield: About 1 cup dip; 61 mg. sodium per serving (2 tbsp.).
