EASY CHEESECAKE PIE 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
Fresh fruit in season for topping

Beat cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon into the crust. Chill until set, about 4 hours. Before serving, arrange fruit on top. Especially good with strawberries, blueberries or both. Simple, but always a bit hit.
