EASY DIFFERENT CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2 tbsp. oil (Wesson or Crisco)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit pie filling or fresh fruit

Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix. In large bowl combine remaining cake mix with 1 egg and oil. Mix will be crumbly. Press evenly on bottom and 3/4 way up the sides of a greased 13"x9"x2" pan.

In same bowl blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add 3 eggs and remaining cake mix (1 cup). Beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed continue beating and add milk and flavoring. Mix until smooth. Pour onto crust mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until center is firm. When cool, top with pie filling or fresh fruit. (Pineapple is good!) Chill before serving. Store in refrigerator. NOTE: Can be frozen covered with foil. Also can be baked in 2 (9") pans for 40 to 50 minutes.
