THE ABSOLUTE BEST CHIP DIP | |
1 (15 oz.) can chili (with or without beans) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (regular) shredded cheese (your choice) 1 bag Fritos (family size scoops) In a baking pan (8x8-inch is probably best) spread the cream cheese along bottom of pan. Proceed by emptying the can of chili on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle the shredded cheese until covered. Place in microwave for anywhere between 30 to 90 seconds or until cheese is melted.
