SPAGHETTI SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 sm. onion, chopped fine (or green onions)
3 or 4 slices ham, chopped (about 1 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. cheddar or longhorn cheese
3 tsp. chopped sweet pickles or relish
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped radishes
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. lettuce (opt.)
2/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar

Cook spaghetti; drain, rinse in cold water; drain; set aside. Combine next 8 ingredients well, stir in spaghetti. Combine ingredients for dressing, pour over spaghetti and mix well. Chill. Serve over lettuce if desired. Serves 6 as a meal. Keeps in refrigerator about 1 week.
