MUSTARD SPARERIBS 
4 1/2 lbs. fresh pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces
Mustard sauce

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place ribs on rack in shallow pan, meat side up. Roast uncovered for 1 hour. Brush ribs with mustard sauce. Roast about 45 minutes to 1 hour longer, turning and brushing ribs frequently with sauce.

MUSTARD SAUCE:

1/2 c. molasses
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. cider vinegar

Mix molasses and mustard. Stir in vinegar.
