SPINACH SOUFFLE 
2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1/2 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Thaw spinach and drain well. Combine ingredients and place in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with buttered bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
